Behind the Vision: Charlene “Tmacc” Flowers Builds Atlanta’s Next Wave From the Wings

Charlene “Tmacc” Flowers, raised in Cobb County, has built a career on a simple realization: talent alone rarely carries an idea to where it needs to go. Somebody has to package it, position it, build the right relationships, and put it in front of the right people. That instinct is what eventually pulled her into PR, media, production, and artist development. Flowers describes her path as something that started naturally before she took it seriously. Over time, she found her strength wasn’t necessarily standing in the spotlight, but seeing the bigger picture — connecting people, resources, and opportunities that don’t always look related at first glance. That perspective now shapes her work across several lanes at once. She continues to contribute to media and production projects with Ray Daniels Enterprises, helping shape conversations around culture as they happen in real time. A major focus of her work right now is Atlanta artist Deadfaxe, where she’s involved in more than the music — helping build out his branding, visuals, creative direction, and overall rollout, while working to protect the vulnerability and real-life experience that run through his songwriting. Alongside that, she’s developing Tmacc as her own name and voice in entertainment and media. Flowers points to Alexis “Big Lex” Jeneé and Ebonie “Ebdaboss” Ward as major influences on how she views leadership — strategic, intentional, and unafraid to be visible while doing the behind-the-scenes work. She also credits Deadfaxe, A&R Mike Daniels, and Ray Daniels as key figures who’ve shaped her growth, from trust and creative challenge to confidence and finding her own voice. At the center of her philosophy is access: when it comes her way, she wants to use it to open doors for others, not just herself. She’s comfortable working behind the scenes, but she’s also learning, as she puts it, when it’s time to step forward and be known for what she’s helped build.
