Cheerrio didn't set out to run a modeling agency. The Chicago native moved to Atlanta chasing a career in the rap industry, and it was through networking in those circles that someone suggested she start her own team of models, noting how many young women in Atlanta already looked up to her. That conversation turned into The Elite Models Inc., the agency she now leads.
Since then, her lane has widened considerably. Cheerrio works as a celebrity casting director and executive producer for the BET Fashion Show 2026, alongside modeling and acting work of her own. She's also stepped into real estate as a broker and investor, rounding out a resume that spans entertainment and business.
These days, she's juggling several projects at once. She's developing a reality show, The Elites Reality, and managing two rising talents -- artist Boonie the Barbarian and actor Chris McMiller. She says she's also continually involved in casting work with MTV and Paramount through The Elite Models. It's a lot of moving pieces, but she describes the run since her early networking days in Atlanta as "an amazing journey."
Cheerrio credits her faith and family as the foundation for all of it, saying she sees her work as something she was called to do, and that she keeps going for the people who look up to her. Her advice to others chasing similar paths: stay grounded, keep evaluating who's in your circle, and stay consistent with what you want.
Looking ahead, she's focused on assembling a network of investors and sponsors to back both her real estate ventures and The Elites Reality, with an eye toward supporting other entrepreneurs and talent along the way.
