Riverdale native DiamondXhayee has spent years working both in front of and behind the scenes in entertainment, and along the way she's carved out a role that doesn't fit into just one job title. Known professionally as a talent manager, A&R, casting agent, talent scout, creative director, and industry connector, she describes her path as one built on learning the business from every angle available to her.
Her start came through hands-on experience — working directly with artists, creatives, models, and businesses while figuring out where she fit in the larger picture. Over time, she realized her strength wasn't just networking, but creating opportunities: putting people in rooms, developing ideas, organizing events, casting talent, and helping others turn a vision into something tangible. That realization pushed her from behind-the-scenes work into building her own name and platform.
DiamondXhayee cites entrepreneurs, executives, and behind-the-scenes power players as her inspiration, specifically naming Deb Antney as someone whose relationship-building and talent development left an impression on her. But she says much of her motivation comes from the people she works with day to day — artists, creatives, and independent business owners pushing to build something of their own.
These days, she's focused on expanding her four businesses, with an emphasis on strengthening marketing and extending her reach into new cities and states. Her entrepreneurial work has also produced platforms like DiamondSlayageX and DiamondCollectiveX, spaces designed to give artists, models, and entertainment professionals room to connect and grow.
Her message to others chasing similar goals is straightforward: keep working, keep learning, keep building relationships, even when progress feels slow. As she puts it, success doesn't happen overnight — but the connections and lessons picked up along the way can eventually change everything.
