Qmusic, born and raised in Atlanta's Kirkwood neighborhood, has spent more than a decade working the business side of the music industry most fans never see. As Founder and CEO of Qmusic and Co Holdings LLC, he runs a full-service music, media, and brand development company, taking on roles as an A&R executive, marketing strategist, and catalog and publishing administrator. His day-to-day work spans campaign strategy, partnerships, and executive operations across marketing, PR, radio, distribution, publishing, and digital infrastructure. Over 12-plus years, he says he's built chart-driven campaigns for both independent artists and major-level talent, with catalogs and campaigns tied to names like Lauryn Hill, Missy Elliott, Rick Ross, T.I., Young Thug, Lil Baby, Quavo, Wyclef Jean, and BLACKPINK's Lisa, among others. Rather than positioning himself as someone chasing opportunities for artists, Qmusic frames his role differently: "I don't chase placements — I own access," he says, pointing to a network of owned media, marketing, and distribution brands he's built out over the years, along with radio and digital outlets and live event operations under his umbrella. Ask him what drives it all, and the answer isn't charts or numbers — it's the artists themselves. His biggest inspiration, he says, is simply hearing their stories. That people-first instinct shapes what he hopes others take from his work: creativity, and the importance of controlling your own path. "Controlling ya own destination and take initiative" is how he puts it. Right now, Qmusic is heads-down on a project he's calling, simply, "Undeniably" — details still close to the vest, but a clear signal of where his focus is headed next. For an Atlanta music scene built as much in boardrooms and back offices as in studios, Qmusic represents the executive infrastructure working quietly behind some of the biggest names in the game.
